The American Red Cross has requested that all eligible donors help save lives by giving blood in honor of World Blood Donor Day. Every year on June 14, countries from around the world celebrate World Blood Donor Day by raising awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products. There are several Dallas County locations where the public can donate blood throughout June.
