Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins issued an order providing guidance to the Justice’s of the Peace to suspend evictions for 60 days. This includes all evictions – residential, commercial, and industrial. The federal government announced they are suspending all HUD foreclosures and evictions for 60 days.

How to help

 

  • Dickey’s Barbecue Pit will to help families get through COVID-19 by offering their Texas-style barbecue to children for free every Sunday for all delivery and carryout orders for a limited time when guests use the code KEFOLO.

 

  • La Madeleines has implemented #HelpInACup allows guests to add soup & bread to their takeout or Grubhub order for a $1 donationto local charitiesresponding to the coronavirus pandemic. Soup flavor will depend on availability. Curbside pickup is recommended.
