The cities of Lancaster and DeSoto partner annually to celebrate the 4th of July! This year the 4th of July Celebration is hosted at Lancaster’s Community Park at 1700 Veterans Memorial Pkwy. Starting Tuesday July 4 at 6 p.m., come enjoy family fun, carnival-style food, bounce houses, face painting, games, live entertainment and an old fashion firework show at the Helen Giddings Amphitheater. The community is invited to bring some lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy this FREE event.
