For Oak Cliff’s 6th Annual Back to School Festival, Saturday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m.  Event is shifting to equip local families with backpacks and other essentials in areas that have been heavily impacted by the pandemic.  Backpack distribution will allow for social distancing and will occur at the following four locations:
