Described as “hip hop under the Big Top,” UniverSoul Circus is coming to Dallas Thursday, Feb. 23 under the Big Top at Red Bird Mall at 6:45 p.m. UniverSoul officially launches with all kinds of fanfare  including the 85-member marching band from Dallas ISD’s David W. Carter High School who will perform outside as guests arrive and then march into the center ring. Dallas City Councilmember Tennell Atkins and the Reverend Tommy Brown, president of the Dallas Baptist Minister Union, will serve as guest ringmasters.
