The Dallas Examiner, in partnership with Chase bank, will host part one of Money Matters, a series of financial literacy program specially designed for college students and community members. The event will be held in person Feb. 22 from 6-8 p.m. at the UNT Dallas campus located at 7400 University Hills Blvd. in room 138 of the Founders Hall.
The program will help people get on track to reach their financial goals, spotlight community business owners and entrepreneurs and teach valuable skills to ensure smart money management and financial security. The first part of the series will focus on family wealth building with an emphasis on economic development engines that build the community.
Panelists include a representative from Chase bank, a UNT Dallas professor, a local business executive and a communications expert. To register for the event, visit
