EARLY VOTING:

Early Voting In-Person begins June 29  at 8 a.m.

Any qualified voter for the July 14 Democratic Primary Runoff Election may vote in person at any of the 45 early voting locations on the dates and times indicated below.

EARLY VOTING BALLOT BY MAIL

To request an Application for Ballot by Mail, eligible voters can send an Application for Ballot by Mail to the (Dallas County Elections Dept., 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247), fax to 214.819.6303, or email to evapplications@dallascounty.org no later than July 2, by end of business day, 4:30 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you fax or email your application form, please be aware that you must also mail the original form to the Dallas County Elections Department, Attn: Early Voting, 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247 within 4 business days. Texas Election Code §84 provides that a voter may deliver their carrier envelope containing their marked ballot in person on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to the early voting clerk at Dallas County Elections. The voter must provide an acceptable form of ID upon delivery of the carrier envelope. CURBSIDE VOTING

Curbside voting permits voters with a sickness or a physical condition that prevents the voter from voting in the regular manner may utilize Curbside Voting at any of the 45 Early Voting locations or any Election Day Vote Center locations available.

In addition, we will be providing Curbside Voting at the Dallas County Elections office building, at 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas TX, 75247 from 7 am to 7 pm, below are the links to the polling locations available to you. For additional information, please call 214-89-6359.

LATE BALLOT

A Voter who becomes sick or disabled on or after Wednesday, July 1  may vote a late ballot if the sickness of disability prevents the voter from appearing at the polling place without the likelihood of needing personal assistance or of injuring his or her health. An application to vote late due to sickness or disability may be submitted through 5 p.m. on Democratic Primary Runoff Election Day, July 14 . (Texas Election Code §§102.001 & 102.003).

A voter who will be absent from THEIR County of residence due to a death of an immediate family member occurring on or after Thursday, July 9 , may apply for a late ballot. Monday, July 13 , is the last day to submit an application and vote a late ballot by personal appearance due to death in immediate family that occurred on or after Thursday, July 9 . (Sec. 103.003).

HEALTH PROTOCOLS AT THE POLLING LOCATIONS

• Voters will see informational COVID-19 safety signs as they enter the polling locations.
• Voters should consider wearing their personal cloth face covering when entering the polling place.

The voter should be prepared to lower or remove their face covering when checking in at the polling place. If voter refuses and identity cannot be made, they will be introduced to the option of Provisional Voting.

• Voters should consider bringing their own marking instruments such as a stylus to use when checking-in to vote and for marking their ballot
• Voters will be greeted at entrance and introduced to the Safety Vote Sanitation Station. They will be advised to sanitize their hands before and after voting.
• Voters will be directed to the Check-In Table, A Protective Shield will be used as a clear barrier at check-in stations. Shields are designed to support public health measures at polling places.

– Voters will maintain at least six feet separation from other individuals at the polling location.

– Surfaces and shields will be cleaned with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

– Voter will be assigned a Stylus for use during the voting process.

• Poll workers will disinfect any items that come into contact with voters such as check-in tables.

Writing utensils, Voting system equipment, Ballot boxes, doors leading into and out of the

polling place, wipe down all doorknobs, handles, light switches, tables and chairs.

• All voting Equipment will be placed 6 feet apart at all times, and wiped down after each voter.
• All Voting Stations will be thoroughly wiped down throughout the day, but no less than 3 times a day.
• All Election Judges and Poll Workers will be supplied and advised to wear gloves and masks

throughout the day.

• All Election Judges and Poll Workers will be instructed on appropriate cleaning, disinfection, hand

hygiene, respiratory etiquette and CDC guidelines.
