(Special to The Dallas Examiner) – The Foundation for Better Business, in partnership with Vistage International, is now accepting applications for NexusAdvantage, a powerful new leadership development program designed exclusively for high-potential small business owners.
NexusAdvantage launches in January 2026 at Ignite sparked by BBB, the foundation’s small business accelerator in Austin. This exclusive program combines expert coaching, peer support, and practical strategies to help high-potential Texas entrepreneurs grow with confidence and purpose.
Through this mission-driven partnership, the foundation and Vistage, the world’s leading CEO coaching and peer advisory organization, deliver trusted guidance, peer accountability, and strategic insight tailored to the realities of Texas small business leaders.

Participants will engage in a 10-month, cohort-based experience that includes monthly professionally facilitated peer advisory sessions, one-on-one executive coaching, and full access to Vistage resources, tools, and leadership networks. The curriculum covers critical business areas such as strategic planning, capital acquisition, marketing, financial health, and ethical leadership.
“Small business owners are often so focused on the day-to-day that they rarely have the space to think strategically,” said Dr. Barbara Breier, certified Vistage chair and NexusAdvantage coach. “This program gives them the tools, the perspective, and the support system to lead with intention and scale with confidence.”
